How it works

From proposal to a response both sides can use.

The live beta is portable rather than cloud-shared: each side works locally, exchanges only the review files they choose, and finishes the agreement in its existing channel.

Direct answer

Start with the proposal, make the terms testable, and get an explicit provider response. No signup, tracked invitation, signature, upload, or payment is created by this beta.

Buyer matches and resolves

The buyer opens the original pack and returned response together, checks their local content match, and resolves every edit or question.

Record the next step

Save a local buyer decision, then revise or finalize the Deal Spec in the channel or contract system both sides already use.

Evidence is chosen before delivery.

Repository releases, files, tests, approvals, or agreed metrics become part of one decision record.

Planned shared record

What should stay attached to the deal.

The roadmap keeps context out of scattered private inboxes when a milestone must be accepted or reviewed.

  • Signed deal version
  • Milestone definitions and acceptance criteria
  • Approved change requests
  • Relevant messages and approvals
  • Submitted delivery evidence
  • Buyer decisions and resolution history

Policy direction: no silent acceptance. The production rules and any exceptions will be disclosed before a shared or payment workflow launches.
